PH Family Fireworks is a family-owned and operated business that is Veteran-owned and operated by Ryan Minner, a proud retired Air Force Munitions Loader for the B-2 Stealth Bomber, and Stevie Minner, a proud Navy Veteran who served as military police deployed three times for Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Together, we are committed to providing for our family, serving community and sharing in mental health solutions for fellow Veterans. Historically, we’ve donated to PH recipients, #Mission22 and this 2025-26 season, AEP Outdoors, which treats Veterans to outpatient therapy and high-speed, low-drag adventures for fellowship.

What kind of Fireworks do you Sell?

At PH Family Fireworks, we offer a wide selection of fireworks for sale to ensure that you can find something to suit any budget and occasion. Whether you’re looking for sparklers or the classic roman candle, NOABs or cannisters - we have it all! Our array of products includes aerial repeaters, firecrackers, fountains, novelties, snakes, spinners and much more. We provide you with quality fireworks at reasonable prices so that you can experience a patriotic celebration without breaking the bank. Also, year round we can provide sparklers and gender reveal smoke bombs.

When are you Open?

In Montgomery County, we are authorized to set up and sell starting June 24 at 9am and ending at midnight on July 4; beginning December 20 at 9am and ending at midnight on January 1 of the following year. FOR 2026, USA celebrates 250 years as a FREE country and we will be authorized to sell on July 5th also until 1159pm!

Outside of those times, WE ARE ABLE TO SELL YOU smoke bombs, gender reveal items, sparklers and other novelties approved by the law.

At PH Family Fireworks, we are always so honored to receive interest in working alongside our family to serve the community! However, we are not a franchise and solely own this one stand. As a family-ran stand, we are currently fully staffed but always open to meeting new folks - just come to the stand, introduce yourself and ask to see either Stevie or Ryan! You never know what God has planned!
